To think, a year ago I released my original concepts of my very own sci-fi series: “The Variants of the End”. I revived the incredible series “Elle”. “Jude Priestly Journals” embarked on new endeavors. I even brought #StorySunday back with “Grace Girls” and if you were lucky you got to read my novel on Booknet for FREE. (Don’t worry if you haven’t read it, the novel will be out soon to purchase your own copy!)
And here we are today… I have no fantastic story planned to share with you!
That’s because I’m assessing what matters in life and what will ever be far more important than my passion to bring fictional tales to the world is the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I’m not sure where you are in the world right now, and I’m not entirely sure what brought you to my blogsite, but if there is anything you can take away from this site, I hope you would at least get some notion of the Gospel Truth.
So, if it isn’t evident by now, I’m in limbo about what to blog about here on out. I do have a plan, I just have no idea if it will work!
Having this blog has been amazing. I’ve built a stronger work ethic, I’ve grown as a writer, and I’ve been able to see what my audience wants from me. I’ve literally poured hours and thousands of dollars investing in this blog and though I admit my lack of knowledge and failure to do thorough research led to such a huge financial loss, I have counted all of it as a learning experience.
Failure is only scary if you keep trying to avoid it. Persevere through failures until you succeed. I wouldn’t say I’m successful yet, but I’m heading there I hope.
But I meant what I said earlier, nothing is more important than Jesus Christ. Our lives are like vapor in the wind. We all will be judged for the lives we live now and which master we chose to serve. And I don’t want to live a vain life that was all for me and with Jesus as an afterthought. I admit my blog has been guilty of being all about “Brianna”, after all, I named the blog after myself and that is unfortunate.
The Pandemic rages on, we’re on the brink of WW3, and no one is promised tomorrow. Oh, and so many people thing Jesus is about to pop out of the clouds and return in order to rescue us from utter chaos and calamity…
I can’t predict the future. I can, however, hold fast to faith I have in Jesus Christ and anchor all my hope in him.
There are projects in the works I’m involved with that are too young to discuss now, but when they’re mature enough to share, you’ll be the first to hear about it!
Thank you for checking out the stories here and more. It’s been a fun ride and I hope our journey together continues and grows!
Blessings,
Brianna-Monique Williams
